About Us
Forest X is a project developer in forestry carbon sector. Established in 2025 to fight climate change by protecting Mongolia’s remaining 6% forest population. Our mission is to safeguard, restore, and expand forests while creating sustainable economic, social, and environmental benefits for local communities. We integrate cutting-edge technologies to monitor and protect forests in real time, ensuring transparency, accountability, and measurable environmental impact.
Who We Are?
A local group of likeminded professionals who consolidated our resources to protect Mongolia’s forests. Each member has 20–25 years of expertise across government, education, logistics, finance, trading, agriculture, and automotive industries. All are investing their expertise, finance, and time into Forest X.

The 2030 Agenda sets out 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) which were defined by the international community and are meant to be achieved by 2030. The SDGs cover a broad range of issues, including ending poverty, sustainable economies and action to address climate change.
The 2030 Agenda is the global frame of reference for sustainable development. It was adopted in 2015 by all UN member states with a view to achieving the SDGs by 2030. The Agenda defines 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) covering 17 aspects of social, economic and environmental development, including poverty reduction, climate protection and responsible business practices. The Agenda also sets 169 (targets) which provide further guidance on the issues covered by the SDGs and the specific measures to be implemented.
The 17 SDGs are structured around five guiding principles: people, planet, prosperity, peace and partnership (the ‘5 Ps’).

Reverse global forest loss through sustainable forest management – including protection, restoration, afforestation, and reforestation.

Improve livelihoods of forest-dependent communities by enhancing economic, social, and environmental benefits.

Expand the area of protected and sustainably managed forests, while increasing the share of certified sustainable forest products.

Mobilize international financing for sustainable forest management, and strengthen technical cooperation and scientific partnerships.

Promote governance frameworks under the United Nations Forest Instrument, ensuring forests contribute strongly to the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.

Enhance cooperation and synergies on forest-related issues across the UN system, regional organizations, and diverse stakeholders.

Mr. Dave Lee – Carbon offset project expert with over millions of carbon credits retired under both voluntary and involuntary platforms through out Africa and SEA regions with proven Asia’s top leading trading records in carbon market. He also sits as board and advisor to multiple carbon offset development projects.
